flavor, a proper balance of sweetness and acidity. Enough fire to get your attention but not too much to mask the food you

We marinated some pork chops in the rest of the mustard sauce we'd been saving then put them on the grill. Wow! So
amazing and juicy! Also, we cook our morning star fake ground beef in the red sauce and have an amazing dish full of flavor
(which is hard to achieve with fake beef)!

I have tried a lot of hot sauces over the years and while in St Augustine a couple of months ago my wife had me try Dats and
now i am hooked. I put it on just about everything that i eat. Its not real hot, just right and the flavor it adds to food is great.
Thanks for a great hot sauce. I quess i will have to go to St Augustine and stock up or just order it on line.
