The history behind "Dat's Nice" hot sauce started with a small dream Joe and Joey had years ago. They would cook their sauces and give
them to friends and family in hopes of mastering a recipe that would "woo" even the most seasoned pepper sauce lover. In doing so, they
mastered many different styles of datil pepper sauces. They started with only a few datil pepper plants that were acquired through Randy
Haire and Joe Hill ( Joe's Bite Me Farms)who are very knowledgeable on the growing process of these peppers. THANK YOU RANDY
AND JOE! They are the "DATIL PEPPER KINGS"! Joe and Joey started with 2 to 4 plants years ago then started making so much sauce
they had to get more plants. So now they are at about 80 plants that yield enough peppers for them to continue quality control on new
products.
Now their small dream has turned into a small business that will help spice up your cooking experience. So go on and buy Dat's Nice
